Technical Support, Consulting, and Service Services

Adrenalina Consulting provides technical assistance and service support for the OpenText MBPM Platform. Service support covers both technical and business issues related to operational systems.

 

We offer services in the following areas:

 

  • Handling service requests for implemented systems and solutions.
  • Providing first-line technical support for OpenText products (the client communicates with us, and we communicate with the software manufacturer).
  • First-line support for system users (help desk).
  • Administration of client test and production environments.
  • Technical assistance during software upgrades and updates.
  • Ad hoc technical and programming consultations for client administrators and programmers.
  • Technical control and quality services for solutions developed in-house by the client.
  • Taking over the service of solutions not implemented by our company.

 

Service support is provided based on individual orders or SLA-type service agreements. We offer service availability according to client standards.
